It rained, and it winded, and it didn’t quite snow, but it was pretty cold on our way down to the south coast one February day. Then the sun returned for a beautiful ride back to London town up and down Sussex’s beautiful hills, on Valentine’s Day. Thanks for positive spirits, crew.
One of the less sunny summits I’ve made on the Ditchling Beacon. We didn’t stop for long for fear of the Chill Monster getting us.
The Black Stallion, my Mary Poppins bag and I arrived home, about 36 hours and 120 miles after we left it.
Quite liked the name of this road (somewhere in Sussex).
And Happy Valentine’s Day!
