A run along the Seven Sisters turned into a casual marathonic jog all the way from Eastbourne to Brighton. It was a stunning day, and a stunning run.
I was accompanied by four great sisters and one honorary bro. All courageous, wonderfully spirited and awesome plodding companions over the 26 and a bit miles. Thank you to them, and to my legs. And thank you sunshine. An epic Sunday!

We arrived in time for a wonderful sunset on Brighton Beach, and the murmuration display over the Pier. Special.
(I considered swimming, for atleast 5 seconds, until my feet nearly dropped off during their post-marathon freeze-off.)
